Assembling Your Zenith Model 7 Widget

- Phillips Head Screwdriver (Medium)
- Precision Tweezers
- Anti-static Wrist Strap (Recommended)

Step 1: Prepare the Main Casing
Lay the Main Casing Unit (A) on a clean, flat surface. Ensure the anti-static wrist strap is properly connected if you are using one.
Step 2: Install the Power Core
Carefully align the Power Core Module (B) with the designated slot within the Main Casing Unit (A). It should click softly into place. Do not force it.
Step 3: Secure the Power Core
Using the Phillips head screwdriver and four Micro-fasteners (E), secure the Power Core Module (B) to the casing. Tighten until snug, but do not overtighten.
Step 3.1: Attach Stabilization Fins
Locate the four mounting points on the sides of the Main Casing Unit (A). Attach each Stabilization Fin (C) using two Micro-fasteners (E) per fin.
Step 4: Connect the Control Interface
Gently insert the ribbon cable from the Control Interface Panel (D) into the corresponding port on the Power Core Module (B). Use the precision tweezers to ensure the connector is fully seated.
Step 5: Final Assembly
Align the Control Interface Panel (D) with the front opening of the Main Casing Unit (A). Secure it using the remaining eight Micro-fasteners (E).
Step 6: Review and Test
Double-check all connections and fasteners. Refer to the User Manual (F) for initial power-up and calibration procedures.
